These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the conditions for using the service available on the Signex.ai website.

2.1. The scope of these GTC extends to the Service available on the signex.ai website operated by the Service Provider.
2.2. By using, registering for and/or subscribing to the Service, the User declares that:
2.3. The contract is concluded electronically by completing registration and/or subscription for the Service. Contracts subject to these GTC do not qualify as written contracts and are not filed by the Service Provider.
2.4. The language of the contract is Hungarian for contracts concluded with Hungarian consumers. The Service Provider reserves the right to publish multilingual versions. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail, except for contracts concluded under Hungarian consumer protection law where the Hungarian version shall prevail.
3.1. User: a natural person or legal entity who uses the Service.
3.2. Consumer: a Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
3.3. Service: the AI-based information/analytical system available on the signex.ai website, which may display market narratives, forecasting scenarios, relationships and other information, among other things.
3.4. Subscription: monthly paid access to the PRO package.
3.5. Digital Service: an online service to which the User gains electronic access.
4.1. The purpose of the Service is to provide the User with AI-based information and relationships for educational and informational purposes.
4.2. The Service does not constitute a financial service; the Service Provider does not:
4.3. The Service is not linked to a brokerage account, does not place trading orders and does not conduct automated trading.
4.4. The User acknowledges that the information, narratives, signals, scenarios and contents provided by the Service:
5.1. The Service is based on artificial intelligence, and due to its operation it may occur that the data displayed during the use of the Service or the inference drawn from it is:

The Service Provider does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Service, nor the reality, accuracy, correctness, completeness or timeliness of the data displayed during the use of the Service or the inference drawn from it; these circumstances do not constitute defective performance by the Service Provider. The provisions of Section 14 of these GTC govern the liability of the Service Provider for inaccuracy or error of the Service, as well as for liability arising from the operation or malfunction of the Service.
5.3. The Service Provider is entitled to develop, modify and maintain the Service, which may involve temporary interruption of the service.
6.1. Registration is required to use the Service.
6.2. The User is obliged to treat account data confidentially. The User is responsible for all activities that occur through their account.
6.3. The Service Provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from unauthorized access.
7.1. The currently available package of the Service:
PRO subscription fee: 20 EUR / month + local VAT (according to OSS rules)
7.2. The currency of payment is in all cases: EUR.
7.3. Payment Method: online payment card (using Stripe payment service provider).
7.4. The subscription is automatically renewed monthly until the User cancels it.
7.5. The Service Provider issues the invoice using the NAV online invoicing system (in accordance with applicable legal regulations).
7.6. The Service Provider reserves the right to expand packages, introduce new packages and modify subscription fees. The Service Provider publishes price modifications on the website.
7.7. In case of an obviously erroneous price indication, the Service Provider offers the possibility to purchase the Service at the real price, whereupon the User can decide whether to order the Service at the real price or not; in the latter case, no contract shall be concluded between the Parties. An obviously erroneous price includes in particular (i) a price of 0 forints; (ii) an erroneously indicated price reduced by a discount alongside the correct original price compared to the correct discount percentage; and (iii) a price whose erroneousness the Consumer could themselves recognize with the attention and circumspection generally expected in the given situation.
8.1. The Service Provider is entitled to provide periodic discounts, coupons, promotions or a trial period (trial) in connection with the Service.
8.2. The Service Provider is obliged to publish the conditions of the trial (e.g., 7-day trial period) individually on the website and/or on the checkout interface.
8.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount conditions.
8.4. Discounts cannot be converted into cash, and the Service Provider is entitled to refuse application of a discount if abuse is suspected.
9.1. The User may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next automatic charge.
9.2. With cancellation, the already paid period does not terminate immediately: access remains until the end of the billing period.
9.3. The Service Provider is entitled to suspend or terminate access if the User violates the provisions of the GTC.
10.1. The Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason based on Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), provided the conditions are met.
10.2. The Service is a digital service to which the User gains immediate access. The User acknowledges that if they request commencement of performance within the 14-day deadline, the Service Provider is entitled to deduct a proportional fee in proportion to the service used.
10.3. The Service Provider does not generally provide refunds, except if refund takes place based on the mandatory provisions of applicable laws.

11.1. The User is obliged to refrain in particular from the following activities:
11.2. The Service Provider is entitled to suspend or terminate access with immediate effect in such cases.
12.1. The Service Provider is entitled to operate affiliate and/or referral-type discounts or a referral system.
12.2. The detailed rules of affiliate/referral programs may be determined in a separate document. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the program conditions.
12.3. The Service Provider assumes no liability for statements, promises or marketing communications made by third parties (affiliate partners), especially if they are formulated in an exaggerated, misleading or unlawful manner.
12.4. The User acknowledges that affiliate/referral discounts are not guaranteed and their entitlement may be terminated in case of abuse.
13.1. All elements of the Service (in particular software, design, data structure, brand name, appearance) are protected by copyright.
13.2. The User receives only a limited access (use) right for the proper use of the Service; they do not acquire ownership.
14.1. The User acknowledges that trading on financial markets is a highly risky activity and may lead to significant losses.
14.2. The User acknowledges that the contents displayed by the Service are contents generated by artificial intelligence, which may therefore be inaccurate or erroneous. The Service Provider is not liable for the reality, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the contents displayed during the use of the Service, nor for damages arising therefrom occurring to the User or a third party.
14.3. The content provided by the Service does not constitute advice, does not constitute a recommendation, and does not promise profit. Furthermore, the content provided by the Service does not take into account the User's individual needs, circumstances and goals; thus, in the absence of individualized recommendation, it does not constitute investment advice.
14.4. The Service Provider expressly and completely excludes its liability for the entire damage incurred by the User during or in connection with the use of the Service, in particular but not limited to:
14.5. The User expressly waives asserting any claim for compensation, damages or other against the Service Provider due to market losses, and declares that they use the Service at their own risk.
14.6. The exclusion of liability of the Service Provider does not extend to liability for damages caused intentionally by the Service Provider, nor to liability for breach of contract damaging human life, physical integrity or health.
15.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Information.
15.2. During the use of the Service, technical data (logs, device data) may be generated for the purpose of operation and security.
16.1. Complaints can be submitted exclusively in writing at the support@signex.ai email address.
16.2. The Service Provider strives to respond to complaints and inquiries within a reasonable deadline, but at the latest within 30 days.
16.3. In case of consumer disputes, the User is entitled to turn to a conciliation board or court, or to initiate consumer protection proceedings.
17.1. Hungarian law governs these GTC, in particular:

The Signex.ai aims to present to the User information, narratives and market relationships generated by artificial intelligence. The User uses the service solely at their own risk.
The Signex.ai service does not constitute:

Trading on financial markets is a high-risk activity. The User acknowledges that:
The Service Provider expressly excludes its liability for all:
The User declares that they use the service to support their own decisions, at their own risk, and expressly waives asserting any claim against the Service Provider due to market losses.
The information provided by Signex.ai does not replace:
The User is obliged to personally convince themselves of the risk of their decisions, of the possible consequences of their decisions. The User is solely responsible for their decisions and the consequences of their decisions.
